The order in which two numbers are
multiplied makes no difference.

Divisibility – a number is divisible by another
number if the result of division is a whole number.

Divisibility
A number is divisible by a whole
number is the remainder in the
division is zero and the quotient is a
whole number.
We can use a calculator to test for
divisibility
Example: 27 is not divisible by 5
because 5.4 is not a whole number.

A number is divisible by 2 if it ends in 0,
2, 4, 6, or 8.
We also call those numbers even
numbers.
