The position of the adverb depends on what kind of verb (동사) is in the sentence.
Before simple
present tense verbs
Subject + frequency adverb + verb
• I rarely drink coffee in the morning.
• She usually listens to music on the bus.
After (be verbs)
am / is / are
Subject + (be verb) frequency adverb
• My sister is often mean to me.
• They are sometimes late for class.
After auxiliary verbs
should / must
need to / have to
Subject + auxiliary verb + frequency adverb + verb
• You should never cheat on a test.
• We must always get to work on time.
