phrase?

Types of Sentences

Write the sentence, underline the dependent
clause, circle the subject and double underline
the verb. (in the clause)
The students that are in my fourth period are smart.
Even though I was reading quietly, the teacher made me go
back to my seat.
In each set, identify the clauses as direct object, object of
the preposition, or predicate nominative. There is one of
each.:
a) My first impression is that you are honest.
b.) We cannot talk about what he said.
c.) I heard you were leaving.
a.) She could not see the game from where she sat.
b.) The fact is you are not ready.
c.) I believe that everything happens for a reason.
