PAST TENSE
 It began and ended in the past

Things to remember
 Verb 2 : bought, cut, stopped,
walked, etc
 Linking verb : was, were


Look at the following examples :
a. Seto stayed home yesterday
morning.
b. Dania took a taxi to the airport.
c. She was very young.
d. They were at home.

Regular past form of the verbs :
talk-talked, look-looked,
watch-watched, stay-stayed, etc

Irregular past form of the verbs :
swim-swam, drink-drank, see-saw, writewrote, etc
