WELCOME TO OUR SCHOOL SPACE
PROJECT. BY, MIMI, JASMINE, LOTUS
AND BRENT. SPACE INVADERS.

My very excited
monster just sat upon
Nana. Mercury, Venus,
Earth, Mars, Jupiter,
Saturn, Uranus,
Neptune.
The distance from Mercury to the sun is 58 million km diameter 4,878
km. Mercury speeds around the sun in only 88 Earth days.

Venus is named after a
goddess. Venus was
named after the roman
goddess of love and
beauty- just right for
the planet.
Our planet Earth has one moon. Called the
‘Moon’. Also some people think that if you
keep driving forwards You will go into space
but you will not because Earth is keeps going
around , around , around and around So you
will not go into space and less you went in a
rocket.
What are Mars’s moon’s like?
Mars ‘s two tiny Moon’s, Deimos
and phobos, are not round like our
moon. Mars’s moon’s look more
like baked potatoes! They might
have been astroids(Space
Rocks)that mars captured with it’s
gravity.
Violent winds whip up storms all over the planet
Jupiter, but the big red spot is the largest.
Saturn
Saturn’s not the
only planet with
ring’s. Saturn’s rings
are easiest to see,
but Jupiter,
Neptune, and
Uranus have ring’s
too.
The bluish-green is the colour of methane a stinky gas that
makes up part of Uranus's atmosphere. Uranus is also
invisible to the naked eye, the discovery of Uranus in 1781
heralded the first “new” entry to the planetary census since
ancient times.
Very Very windy! Winds rip across the
planet all the time , much faster than
any winds on Earth. There are also lots
of storms on Neptune, which show up
as dark spots. This means Neptune’s
appearants is constantly changing. The
blue spot on Neptune is a big big
storm.
The sun is a star. It is the closest star to
our earth. Also the core of the sun is
the hottest part of the sun.
