Species
• Part 1: List 10 causes of extinction.
Put a star by those caused by humans. Explain how humans
can slow the process of species endangerment. (Use your
BYOT device)
• Part 2: Discuss the following extinct animals and explain in
paragraph form if it is ethical to clone and de-extinct these
species and why or why not.

• Part 3
1. Separate into three groups in each corner of the
room. One corner thinks it is ethical to clone extinct
animals. One corner thinks cloning these species is
SOMETIMES ok. One corner is against cloning extinct
animals.
