Introduction
• Now that you know that we will be discussing greek
mythology during much of Quarter 3, it is important
that you learn more about Greece itself as this is where
the myths originated.

• Your job will be to print and label a map of
Ancient Greece as well as answer as set of
questions as you use provided websites to
research Ancient Greece. This information will
help us to better understand the myths we will
later read.
• We will have a brief quiz (at the end) on
information learned through this Webquest, so
be sure to pay attention to details and ask
question when you have them.

The Evaluation
• You will know you are finished when you have
completed and turned in the following items:
• The printed and correctly labeled map of Greece (15
points)
• The completed questions-in complete sentences where
appropriate ( 30 points)

The Conclusion
• You should have now finished the Webquest and have
a completed map and questions paper. We have only
just touched on daily life in Ancient Greece, but the
information you have gained will help you to better
understand the mythology of Greece later in the
Quarter.
• After the Webquest, please add information to your
Wonder (“W”) section of your KWL. I will be looking at
this to help create lessons that will include information
you are interested in.
