Conclusions
• Most of the interviewees are using XP both at
home or office
• Interviewees are feeling satisfy and think that
Windows 7 is ease to use
• Interviewees felt dissatisfaction with XP
• The satisfaction of 7 is nearly a double of XP
Conclusions
Interviewees are focusing on the followings
to choose an operating system
• Price
• License
• Functions such as GUI, media centre,
interface, speed
Recommendations
Windows 7 will be suitable than Windows XP
Recommendations
XP starting fade out because of
• New computer built-in Windows 7
• Microsoft had already stopped their
supports for Windows XP
• Interviewees were already accepted
Windows 7 as their operating system
