3. A resolution of 14 bit or more, but less than 16 bit, with an output
rate greater than 250 million words per second;

The 2015 revision:
1- adapts the existing control of mask-making or semiconductor
processing to the evolution of technology (spot size from 200 to 65 nm.)
2- adds a new entry 3.B.1.f.4 to control high-precision equipment for
device processing using direct writing methods.
