• 40 schemes – construction commenced

Scope of Works

• 10+ years programme means schemes at different
stages:
– some at planning/feasibility
– some in design/land assembly
– Some ready to construct
• 26 projects – broken into smaller schemes and phased
to ensure delivery
• key long term goal - skills development, training and
apprenticeships
• schemes must deliver long term economic growth NOT
just temporary jobs
