• Factory Homes noted that the
CoW input on site was very useful
for communicating social landlord
requirements
• Factory Homes & JDA both agreed
that a design responsibility matrix
would have been useful

• Globe would have preferred

responsibility from the planning
stage onwards.
• M&E co-ordinations need moving
into one camp of responsibility

• Bowsall commented it would have
been more beneficial to leave the
contract with them rather than
introducing Globe.

manager should have been brought
in earlier to review programme and
co-ordinate works on site.
Delivery of units to site
• Problems due to size of site and
co-ordination between all parties.
Snagging of units on site
• High quality units
• Very little snagging
• Issues regarding remedial works
and building regulations caused
time delays
Completion of works
• Installation of roofing works caused
delays on site but not on
contractual dates
• Service installations delayed by
scaffolding
Lines of communication
• Too many parties involved.
• Should be one point of contact.
