more REALITY
+R3 makes use of the AUGMENTED REALITY to ensure
the widest possible circulation of ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION
more REALIZATION
The circulation of the ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION favors the PERCEPTION and the
UNDERSTANDING of the effects of plans / projects /
programs involving a significant environmental impact
more RESILIENCE

A greater perception of the ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS
of a plan / project / program stimulates the feedback processes
between the Public Authority and the exposed population, and
increases the RESILENCE of the territorial system
