How does Lebanese dress
Folk Costume
The tantour (tantoor) was a form of
cone-shaped woman's headdress
It's popular in the Levant during
the nineteenth century, but seldom
seen after 1850.
The height and composition of
the tantour were proportional to
the wealth of its owner
And it's a customary gift presented
to the bride by her husband on
their wedding day.

What does Lebanese eat
Lebanese Cuisine(烹调风格)
includes an abundance of starches(淀粉),
whole grain, fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and
seafood
Poultry is eaten more often than red meat.
Bread, a staple food in Lebanon, is served with
almost every meal, most often as a
flatbread, or pita(皮塔饼).
Some will probably kill your appetite
Tabbouleh,
made from cracked wheat,
parsley(荷兰芹), tomatoes, onions, and
mint, may be served with pita triangles.
¾ cup cracked wheat, finely ground
2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced pita
2 Tablespoons dried mint(薄荷)
1 or 2 bunches of parsley, cut fine
¾ cup green onions, thinly sliced
Juice of one lemon
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Baked Kibbeh 碎羊肉面饼
Ingredients
2 cups cracked wheat (bulgur)
4 cups cold water
2 pounds lean ground lamb
1 medium onion, very finely chopped
1½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon allspice (optional)
