• After World War 1 Japan Gained several German island,
the government wasn’t effected and stayed stable, and it
brought great prosperity to Japan.

• Japanese = Chinese (most likely)

• Rest of Europe came (1800)
• Japan modernized
• Meiji Era = shogun to emperor

Conclusion
• Japan became a major colonizer,taking over parts of
Russia, most of Korea and Manchuria for their resources.
They were rewarded with several german island after the
war and maintained a stable economy. They formed a
democratic government, and became a secular state. Japan
has a mixture of traditional and modern culture.
