Structure of the earth
• At the very centre of the earth is the inner core
,the next layer is the outer core, then the mantle
and finally the crust of which has two types ; the
oceanic crust and the continental crust.
• Both types of crust is 60 miles deep.
• The inner core can reach to the level of heat ,
5000 degrees twice as hot as the sun.
Earthquakes
• The tectonic plates are chunks and pieces
of broken up crust.
• When those tectonic plates collide they
produce cracks in the earth known as
earthquakes.
Tsunami’s
• A tsunami can be caused by a slit motion
in the water underneath on the floor bed
• The cities and countries that have been in
a tsunami ,it is demolished
Volcanoes and Magma
• Volcanoes can kill thousands of people
because at the start ash falls down and
makes people turn into stone
• The volcanoes have in the centre of them
is called the Magma chamber
