• Hello to all ozone-interested people!
For the time being I'm preparing a paper on Ozone
Disinfection. I'm writing about the usage of it in both
water treatment and Food Industry. But it is somehow
not that easy to find information about the usage of
ozone in the Food Industry. Some concrete
information....
If anyone knows about such info, I'd be glad if they
could share it with me.... I'm a Food Science student
and taking this work real serious....
