under cooked you can get very sick.
Keep cold food cold until ready to use them.Be sure
to keep refrigerator is 40 f.
Be very careful when packing food.Use ice packs and
an insolation container to keep food cold.
CLEANLINESS
keep kitchen clean and free of pest

Meats,poultry.fish,and egg have harmful bacteria.
When you touch raw meat ,poultry,fish,or
eggs,bacteria gets on our hands or any utensils can
make you very sick.
Use plastic cutting board for these types of
food.Wood boards are hard to get bacteria off of
