• Loaded surgical pathology reports from

• Upgraded to TIES v 5.6.2
• Performed validation of 2002 to 2016 cases
uploaded into TIES against Tamtron
• Missing reports were re-exported to be
included in TIES
• IT support, development, and maintenance
Next IT Tasks
• Run RPCI PHI checker scripts on newly loaded
reports (1/1/2014 and 9/15/2016)
• QC 2014 - 9/2016 pathology reports
• Review and revise errors in reports, e.g., MRNs
format and missing names
• Website update
• Support evaluation and validation of new De-ID tool
• Implement LDAP with TIES
• Support upcoming development for CR data import
into TIES
