CSE 3 introduces
certain computer
applications and
functions. It teaches
basic web programming
such as HTML and
JavaScript.

POWERPOINT
We learned
several things in
the lab. For
example, we
learned how to
create our own
stock portfolio on
Microsoft power
point. I liked the
visuals such as
the pie chart.

MAKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE
WORLD WITH HTML AND WEB PAGES
DESKTOP PUBLISHING WITH MS WORD
In Lab 1 and 3, we learned
how to upload information
onto the web through our
CSE 3 page. It was
interesting learning about
HTML.
We learned how use
MS word and transfer
it to our website. I
liked this lab, because
I learned an easier
way to make a
bibliography.
DATA ANALYSIS AND VISUALIZATION WITH
MS EXCEL
We created our four
year plan with the use
of a color code
legend. Luckily for me,
I got the opportunity
to create a plan that I
didn’t have before.
DYNAMIC WEBPAGE PROGRAMMING WITH
JAVASCRIPT
We were able to
create a webpage
that interacted with
the use. I thought this
was helpful.
VISUAL PROGRAMMING WITH ALICE
Alice was a
program that
helped us with
becoming
familiar with
the functions
and
commands of
JavaScript. I
especially liked
creating a
virtual world.
