comments without easy way to point
and navigate to some specific
position of the video clip

What is Victor?
• Web-based multi-user video annotation tool with time
sensitive comments
• Exercise platform
• Can be used as stand-alone tool or integrated to some
CMS (Moodle module as proof of concept)

Main functionalities
• Importing media to Victor (uploading or linking)
• Video annotation
• Assignments using video comments
• Evaluation of submitted assignments
• Role based access rights
– Both functions and content
• Support for single sign-on authentication (Shibboleth)

• Web browser: Firefox or Internet Explorer
• Media player required by content video:
– RealPlayer
– Quicktime Player
– Windows Media Player
– (Flash Player)
