Ear Rubbing
Sit somewhere quiet and comfortable.
Keep your back straight.
Use your thumbs and the outside edge of your index fingers
to rub and gently pull your ears from the top to bottom.
Ear rubbing can be done for 1-2 minutes, 2-3 times a day.
Benefits
The ears (just like the feet) contain reflexology areas and
points corresponding to major body parts and areas.
Consequently, rubbing your ears is highly therapeutic and
relaxing.
Calms & relaxes you
Helps you sleep when done before bed
