After you receive verification that your Flexi-website has
been activated…
Go to
www.sutton.com
And click on
“Homebase”.
Login with
Your Sutton
username
and password.
On the left bar,
Click on “Edit
Homepage”.
After you read
the Welcome
page, click on
“Begin”.
Step 1
Choose
“Custom Build”
for more
flexibility.
Select a
template style…
And click on
continue to
proceed.
Any information
on your existing
Sutton web page
will appear
automatically.
Step 2
Make any
changes to your
basic information
you wish.
When you have
completed entering
your personal
information, click
“Continue” to
proceed.
Step 3
Choose the page
headings for your
flexi-site.
Press “Continue”
and then “Confirm”
to proceed to the
next step.
Next Steps…
Now you build your custom pages
by entering information into the templates
Fill in the
information on
the form.
This graphic represents
your progress through the
page building process.
When filling out the
Paragraph area use
<BR> to create a
sentence break
and
<P> to create a
Paragraph break.
When you are
Finished click
“Continue” to
Proceed.
You can enter
up to 5 links in
your links page.
Type in the full URL
address including
“http://”
When you are
finished click
“Continue” to
Proceed.
This page
creates your
contact page
automatically so
your clients can
reach you.
Click “Continue”.
The listings page
allows you to
connect your
customers and
your listings.
Simply enter
your Agent
Number and
press
“Continue”.
Listings
In some areas, listings automatically connect to your
listings page.
If your listings do not automatically appear on
www.sutton.com, you may purchase a realtor link from
www.mls.ca who will provide you with a direct web
address to your listings. You can enter this new web address
on your Flexi-site listings page.

If you have listings hosted on another web site (not
www.mls.ca) simply enter the web address on your
Flexi-site listings page.
The Neighbourhood
page is a place
where you can
describe the area
you specialize in.
When filling out
the paragraph
area use
<BR> to create a
sentence break
and
<P> to create a
paragraph break.
And click on
“Continue” when
you are finished.
This is your
key-word page
designed for
search engines
to find your
Flexi-site.
Enter a description
and your keywords
and press
Continue”.
On this screen,
you can preview
webpages you
just built.
Click “Activate My
Site Now”
If you don’t wish to activate
your site now, save the
changes for later. Your
present Sutton site will
remain up until you activate
your new Flexi-site.

Simply click on
“Activate Site” to
go live with your
new Sutton
Flexi-Website.

How to Include your Photo
 E-mail a scan of your photo saved in .jpg, .tif or .gif
format to [email protected].
 In the subject of your e-mail message, type “Photo for
website (USERNAME)” and simply attach the file.
 We will upload your photo shortly after receipt.
