SSPA CFD Web based ticket system
The goal of this implementation is to market CFD computations for SME’s
which do not contemplate investing in licence and trainng using SHIPFLOW
The system is intended for non-expert users, with limited possibility to
control all parameters used in the solver. It is also fully automated (no
interaction from SSPA necessary) and no installation is necessary.
The above requirements allows for very inexpensive CFD, still with a market
potential for the developer.

Preparation
The process to go through for a new user is outlined below
1. Register on the webpage for the system
2. Aquire tickets from SSPA and receive FTP site information
3. Login to portal
4. Choose process
5. Upload geometri (igs or stl)
6. Input paramters and additional information to web based system
7. Create request
8. Wait a little
9. Download results
Only item 2 requires involvment from SSPA

Conclusion
A web based CFD evaluation tool have been developed allowing for non
expert and relatively cheap use of CFD
The system can be used for revenue generation, but equally important is to
use for demonstration (i.e. free tickets) for customers that are not
convinced of the value of using this system, or who have not decided to
invest in license.
The downside of the system is that only a limited number of features will be
used. All CFD related parameters could be included, but would no longer be
a system for non-experts.
