Solution Overview
The eZPurchasePOINT™ System is a web based
transaction acceptance system that integrates with the
CardSystems Strongbox Authorization System to provide
an easy to implement solution to merchants for accepting
credit card transactions through the Internet. The system is
built on the HTTP protocol with the use of SSL certificates
to ensure data security.
eZPurchasePOINT can be easily integrated into an existing
shopping cart system on the Internet where it will collect the
credit card details from a customer and format a transaction
for Strongbox. Strongbox provides the actual authorization
function and returns the response to the Host that is
recording the online order.
Business Solutions
The eZPurchasePOINT System requires a terminal ID to validate a purchase request and to record the credit card
transaction. If a valid request is passed to CardSystems, the credit card entry web page is displayed for the cardholder to
enter required card information. The web page containing the credit card acceptance form will pass the authorization
request to CardSystems through mandatory fields. All fields passed to CardSystems are stored and sent back to the
Merchant once CardSystems’ processing has completed.
