Steps:
1. Create a new site
2. Choose a template
3. Select a placeholder and fill in
content

Publishing Site
1. Click on the cloud icon and choose how you
want to publish
I. MobileMe
a. You need and account with Apple
II. FTP Server
a. If you want to publish to a web hosting site
Publishing Site
1. Local Folder
I. Choose this for a UTEP College of
Engineering web site. If need space for your
organization contact Al Martinez

II. Choose site name
III. Choose folder location
a. Map drive to be used
1. In “Finder” menu bar click “Go” and
select “Connect to Server”
I. Type in “smb://serveraddress”
II. Click “Connect”
2. If outside UTEP’s network, VPN is
needed for previous steps
• Type in the URL for your site
• Finally click on “Publish Site” icon and
read the “Content Rights” box, then click
on “Continue”
• Enjoy your new site
