● Knowledge is described as series of
transformations defined by the users.
● Users define own factors of trust of the
transformations.
● User defines how much she trusts the other
users.
● Based on the above we define a factor of
trust of shared series of transformation.

● External knowledge repository and Local
knowledge repository containing the
knowledge in the above terms.
● Calculation subsystem to propose problem
decisions based on the knowledge in the
repositories.
● User agent to communicate with the users
