Creating Customized Presentations
Owners of Microsoft PowerPoint® software can
use this program to create customized slide
presentations.

Click “PowerPoint Images” on the main menu to
select the pre-made PowerPoint® slides for that
chapter. You can then select, copy, and paste these
slides into your own PowerPoint® lectures.
Images can be copied from one slide to
another and are easily resized. They can
also be altered and cropped using your
favorite photo editing software.

While in the Slide Show mode, the pen tool can
be used to emphasize important points.

You can also create custom PowerPoint® animations that
cause text and images to appear or disappear at a mouse
click during a presentation.

Your PowerPoint® presentations can be exported as
HTML to post lectures on a class web page using
the Save as Web Page feature.
