Appropriation:

Cultural Appropriation
Cultural appropriation is the theft of
rituals, aesthetic standards and
behavior from one culture by another,
generally by a "modern" culture from
a "primitive" culture — often this
involves the conversion of religion
and spirituality into "meaningless"
