Workflow
Sample preparation (e.g. cells treated with different
compounds)
Cell lysis
Mixing samples with target gene specific capture and
reporter RNA probes
Hybridization at 65°C over night
Removal of non-hybridized RNA probes by nCounter
SPRINT fluidic system
Single molecule quantification of captured RNA via
gene specific barcodes
