The sun dial is the representation of the sun and moon’s cyclical motions that may be observed in the zodiac belt The sky is a beautiful place, Taurus a worthy residence for godly heroes and sacred animals. Orion The sky was and still is the place where cyclical motions always reoccur in a similar fashion in time. For this reason, the sky was (but not anymore) similar to a big clock and calendar. Days, hours, months, years and seasons were measured on the basis of these cycles. Every new moon, the sun and the moon come together but not in the same celestial position.
