 Supplements do not make-up for a
balanced healthy diet. They are often
quite expensive and most of the contents
will be excreted out of your body as waste
in urine or feces.

 You also need to be very careful that
you don’t overdose.
 Some vitamins and minerals are water
soluble. If you take too much you will
excrete the excess.
 Some are fat soluble which means it gets
stored in the body. If you have too much you
can overdose. You may get sick or even die
from this.
