Target Oriented Inhibitors
With the Small-molecule inhibitors are a wellestablished class of potential useful drugs. Our
products are included in all kinds of fields of Medical
and Pharmaceutical research, such as Neurological
Disease, Cancer, Metabolic Disease and so on.
Blattellaquinone
• Blattellaquinone, gentisyl quinone isovalerate,
is a s*x pheromone secreted by German
female cockroach to attract male cockroaches.
Gadobutrol
• Gadobutrol is a nonionic, paramagnetic
contrast agent developed for tissue contrast
enhancement in magnetic resonance imaging
(MRI). It has a macrocyclic framework and is
neutral. It is a water-soluble, highly
hydrophilic compound with a partition
coefficient between n-butanol and buffer at
pH 7.6 of ~ 0.006.
Cariprazine
• Cariprazine is an orally active D2/D3
dopamine receptor antagonist exhibits high
selectivity and affinity to dopamine
D3(Ki=0.09 nM) and D2 (Ki=0.5 nM) receptors
and moderate affinity to serotonin 5-HT(1A)
receptors. It is used as an antipsychotic drug
candidate for the potential treatment of
schizophrenia, bipolar mania and depression.
Ecamsule
• Ecamsule protect the skin from sunburn and
erythema. It causes serious eye damage, so
please wear protective gloves/protective
clothing/eye protection/face protection.
Ruboxistaurin
• Ruboxistaurin, also called as LY 333531,
initially developed for the treatment of
diabetic retinopathy, inhibits isolated enzymes
PKCβI and PKCβII with a half-maximal
inhibitory constant of 4.5 and 5.9 n M ,
respectively.
