an anti-ulcer drug

Skolkovo participant IFAR’s development is based on long-term basic and applied research. After dozens of
deliberately synthesized compounds, one candidate with the best indicators of effectiveness and safety of
use as an anti-ulcer agent was selected.
Primary Advantages
At its own R & D-center IFAR is currently conducting pre-clinical research that will allow it to apply in
2015 to register for authorization for clinical trials of a new drug. In addition to the already issued patents
of the Russian Federation and the United States, IFAR is pursuing patenting in the EU, Ukraine and other
CIS countries.

human lactoferrin"

Industrial production of human lactoferrin protein in the form of a water-soluble powder. The use of this
product allows to significantly reduce mortality in preterm infants, as well as the incidence of illness
among babies who are fed with formula.
Primary Advantages
Work on the production of therapeutic proteins in milk-producing animals now makes them available to
the general mass of patients who need them. This production will be environmentally friendly, efficient
and the number of therapeutic proteins will be regulated by the number of animal-producers.

Currently in monetary terms, drugs that are based on human proteins occupy about 10% of the world
pharmaceutical market. The worldwide market for protein drugs in 2010 was about 70 billion dollars.

Inkuron will hold U.S. trials for a cancer drug
Inkuron has received approval from the U.S. Administration of Quality
Supervision of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for clinical trials of the
drug CBL0137.

The company's activities focus on the design and conducting of preclinical and clinical studies of innovative
medicines based on a new class of molecules of a chemical nature, Kuraksin. These are small molecules
with a potentially wide range of therapeutic applications for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune
diseases.

The uniqueness of Kuraksin is that they simultaneously modulate abnormal activity of three key signaling
pathways in the tumor cells (through inhibition of chromatin protein complex FACT). This causes
selectivity in their antitumor activity. There is a high probability of success using Kuraksin to treat certain
autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions.

Gazokhim Techno began designing a prototype mini-GTL plant
It has a capacity of 10-13 million Nm3 per year for turning gas to synthetic liquid
hydrocarbons with a yield of up to 5.8 tons per year. Construction will be
completed in Q3 of 2014.

The purpose of the project - the commercialization of mini-GTL technology, creating the world's first viable
small-scale GTL plant and effectively monetizing small gas resources (associated petroleum gas, biogas,
methane, natural gas, etc.)

the processing of natural and associated gas into synthetic crude oil and products of higher added value.
