1) Heat cramps:
◦ least severe and usually first sign that the body is
having trouble with the heat
S&S:

2) Heat exhaustion:

◦ Cold to the touch or discolored
Treatment
◦ Gently warm area by soaking in warm water not
more than 105 degrees until color returns
◦ Loosely bandage with dry, sterile bandage
