 To preserve and disseminate, through images and
words, in concise form, important aspects of the
history of toxicology, environmental health, and
related subjects.
 To create a multi-authored physical collection of
posters which can be displayed at professional
meetings and other venues.
 To archive the digital versions of these posters on the
THA site for anyone to consult freely.
 Idea originally proposed by Steve Gilbert in 2008. First
version implemented by Steve Gilbert and Phil Wexler,
and poster authors, in 2009.
