Does semester timing impact
attendance? Not really.
What is the conversion rate of someone
viewing the event to attending? ~ 12%
What can these tell us?
• We’re doing a great job!
• There aren’t super sweet timing spots to hit,
only trends toward preferences.
• So schedule without worry, but still use
common sense timing constraints.
• Remember that 5-6 people are the norm.
• You know your patrons the best. This dataset
is an aggregation of many. Don’t let this
dissuade you from something you know that
works.
Looking forward …
