In your journal brainstorm as
many types of addictions as you
can think of.

What is the difference between a hobby
and an addiction?
Does it impact any part of your life in a
negative manner? (physical, social,
financially, interests, personal

You will need 12 sheets of paper. (3 of each color)
On the white paper write down three
different people. The most important
people in your life.
