youth’s possession

reported by youth or caregiver

Alcohol or drug related arrest
Delinquency or other juvenile justice system
involvement
Placement disruptions, runaways
Marked weight loss
Tobacco use
Marked changes in mood (argumentative, defensive
or angry)


