• Compared the positive youth development of 4-H versus
other youth serving organizations: Boys and Girls Clubs, Big
Brother/Big Sisters, YMCA, Scouting
• Study began in 2002
• Data collected from more than 7,000 participants from 44
states (including Colorado)
