tan powder
WHERE DOES FLAKKA COME FROM?
• Flakka is made in labs
overseas and sold to
dealers over the
internet
• A ‘hit” from a dealer can
be sold for $5 or less
HOW IS FLAKKA TAKEN?
Flakka can be:
• Snorted
• Smoked in joints, pipes
or e-cigarettes
• Swallowed in capsules
• Injected
