approval to reduce hospitalization from
worsening heart failure
• MOA: Selective and specific inhibition of the
hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotidegated (HCN) channels (f-channels) within the SA
node of cardiac tissue resulting in disruption of If
ion current flow prolonging diastolic
depolarization, slowing firing in the SA node, and
