and flagged for investigative purposes.
Vendor provides
continuous updates of slang and custom phrases used by law
enforcement. Jail’s inmate management system is updated in
real-time at Booking, and enables seamless integration with
Medical scheduling.
DSI ITI’s additional functions will provide County with greater value
for projected revenue.



issues with flat-rate:
 Amount of $1.5M offering is comparable to last year’s revenue.
 Other competitors offered commission percentage of revenue.
Inmate population is forecasted to increase over next five
years. Revenue will increase, as inmate population grows.
 RFP include requirement for integration with jail Commissary
system. The use of inmate commissary funds is projected to
increase revenue significantly, as inmates may use their funds
to make calls, rather than calling collect.
