ORCID authentication, for publishing and long-term archiving of both data and analysis tools (the specific app and version) ActionableBiomarkerDK - Actionable Biomarkers in Human Disease Addresses the problem of turning a genome into a small set of actionable biomarkers useful for diagnostics and drug development – – – Data capture component that - from a number of already existing repositories worldwide - identifies and harmonizes information on actionable biomarkers and aggregates these into one database Acquisition storage and analysis workflows that feed large-scale proteomics data sets into Computerome and Abacus (HPC) for characterization and comparative analysis Workflows for text mining of full-length scientific papers for biomarker detection 7 Alignment of National eScience Strategies to EOSC Vision, Strategy and Funding Finland Listening to the need of researchers Finland, Denmark 8 Europe - On the way to the EOSC- an Example • Ideas about a federated and connected but distributed research data infrastructure. A DFG funded project will work on a prototype to connect repositories of universities. This project is called Generic Research Data Infrastructure • Another federated RDI will be started by the Helmholtz research organisation to connect the Helmholtz institutions. This is called Helmholtz Data Federation (HDF) and the Helmholtz organisation will spend on this 50 million Euro over the next 5 years.
