– National Drug Treatment Reporting System (NDTRS)
which provides TDI data (episode based)
– Central Treatment List (CTL) which records
methadone treatment only (individual based)

What next?
• Since 2008 NDTRS has collected exit data
– Potential for national data
– Problem of double counting
• Amend reporting mechanisms from CTL to allow
full reporting at least for methadone treatment
