Revise collaborative practice laws for pharmacy
immunizations
Eliminates need for collaborative agreements for CDC
recommended immunizations for patients age of 18 and
older
 Eliminated need for collaborative agreements for Influenza,
Pneumonia, and TDaP for patients age 7 and older
 Allows pharmacists to vaccinate patients age 7 and older for
other immunizations with a prescription
 Allows pharmacists to administer epinephrine and
diphenhydramine

