– Eligibity? All Software Assurance customers receive unlimited web support and
24x7 business critical phone support is accrued based on server and desktop
spend.
• Extended Hotfix Support Services
– Annual fees are now included in the Software Assurance benefit and there is no
requirement to sign-up within a 90-day period of a product transition to Extended
Support.
– Eligibility? Must have an Essential or Premier Service agreement to take
advantage of this benefit.
