Senior LinkAge Line® is State Health Insurance
& Assistance Program (SHIP) for Minnesota
Available to persons with Medicare of any age
Provides counseling via telephone or in-person
at community sites or homes
Counseling provided by state-certified Senior
LinkAge Line® staff and volunteers
All information is kept confidential
