To provide students with the best prevention
tools possible to deal with the issues of
underage drinking, other drug use, impaired
driving and other destructive decisions.

History of
Originally SADD was founded as Students
Against Driving Drunk, however as years
went on they realized that there are many
more harmful decisions that need to be
prevented. With this realization they
decided to expand its mission to Students
Against Destructive Decisions. SADD now
highlights prevention of all destructive
behaviours and attitudes that are harmful
to young people.
