If the Town Planning Board decides to approve the
application, approval conditions may be attached.
若城規會決定對申請批給許可，可能會加入附帶條件
Approval conditions based on comments and requirement
from relevant Government departments.
批給許可之條件視乎有關政府部門的意見和需求而定
A time clause on commencement of the development is
usually attached to the conditions.
在批給許可之條件當中，通常會附帶一項時間限制的條文，
規定發展計劃的展開時間

When “Social Welfare Facility” is neither a Column 1 nor
Column 2 uses, application for amendment of plan under
s.12A of TPO is required.
當“社會福利設施”不屬於第一欄或第二欄的用途時，根
據城規條例第12條A，便需要進行申請修改法定圖則
Consideration by Town Planning Board within 3 months
城規會會在 3個月內審議

The Town Planning Board may accept in whole or in part
the application or refuse the application.
城規會可能全部或部份接納修改法定圖則的申請，或否決

If the application is accepted, the proposed amendment
will be incorporated into a draft plan for exhibition in
accordance with the provision of the Ordinance.
如城規會接納該申請，會將該改劃的建議納入在草圖內及
根據城規條例展示該草圖

With Strong justifications and support from relevant policy
bureau, non-government organization may request
Government to undertake site search exercise.
在有合理的理據下及得到有關政策局的支持，非政府機構
