Europass) ♦ provide and register the training contracts ♦ conceive examinations (comparable all over Germany) ♦ examine trainees and instructors ♦ withdraw the training permission ♦ collaborate with vocational schools and employment offices 2013 8 UP - Industrie- und Handelskammer Nürnberg für Mittelfranken Benefits of the Dual System for enterprises • influence on content and organization of vocational education and training & trainees learn the specific things, which are important for the enterprise, too • • at medium-term: low recruitment costs next generation of skilled workers assured for trainees • • • labour market relevant training acquisition of social skills, personality development motivating situation (earning and learning) (and: round about 65% find her first job in the same enterprise in which they have completed the apprenticeship!!!
